Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering for the One-Day Park City Mastermind event (the “Event”), hosted by Jenn Drummond LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the registration page or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Event Registration and Payment
- All registrations must be completed through our official event page at https://eventsjenndrummond.com/one-day-park-city-mastermind.
- Payment is due in full at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment processors.
- Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with event details. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within 24 hours.
2. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the Event is canceled by the organizer.
- You may transfer your ticket to another attendee by contacting us at [email protected] no later than 7 days before the Event.
- If the Event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, venue closure, health emergency), we will offer a rescheduled date or issue a credit toward a future event.
3. Event Content and Speaker Changes
- We reserve the right to change speakers, agenda topics, or the venue location without prior notice.
- While we aim to deliver the event as described, unforeseen changes may occur, and we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to such changes.
4. Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow participants, speakers, and event staff.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
5. Use of Likeness and Photography
- By attending the Event, you grant us the right to photograph, record, and use your likeness in promotional materials, social media, or future marketing campaigns without compensation.
- If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the Event.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials presented during the Event, including handouts, slides, videos, and recordings, are the intellectual property of their respective creators.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without written permission from the original author or rights holder.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Event.
- Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or travel delays.
8. Privacy
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for purposes related to the Event.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
