Jenn's Historic Climbs

The Seven Second Summits are the second highest points on each continent. But don’t let the name fool you. There’s nothing “secondary” about these mountains. To the mountaineering community, these peaks are much more challenging than the traditional seven summits. Many have attempted to conquer them, but they rarely are able to do so due to the grueling nature of the pursuit.

In fact, each of the second summits presents a unique challenge—high altitude ascents, coupled with less infrastructure and far fewer safety nets than the higher mountains which see more climbing traffic. That’s what makes this record so special. Jenn is the first woman and only the second human to conquer these summits.
