By accessing or using jenndrummond.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Products and Services

We offer various products and services, including but not limited to digital downloads, online courses, event tickets, retreats, expeditions, private hiking intensives, and subscriptions. All purchases are subject to availability and our discretion.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our experiential offerings, including but not limited to retreats, expeditions, private hiking intensives, and related services, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your spot and allow us to reserve accommodations, guides, permits, and other logistics that cannot be recovered once booked.

Cancellations by Participant

If you cancel your registration for any reason, no refund will be issued. In limited circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may offer a credit toward a future experience. Credits are not guaranteed and must be used within 12 months of issue.

Cancellations by Jenn Drummond or Vertical 40 LLC

If we cancel an experience due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future experience of equal value. If we cancel or modify an experience due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, we will work with you to reschedule or apply your payment toward a future experience. Refunds in these circumstances are not guaranteed.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to courses, downloads, and memberships, are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Travel and Related Expenses

We are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses you incur in connection with your participation in any experience. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies.

5. Assumption of Risk

By registering for any in-person experience, you acknowledge that outdoor activities, including but not limited to hiking, mountaineering, cold exposure, and physical training, involve inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, and death. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to sign any required liability waivers prior to participation.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of Jenn Drummond and Vertical 40 LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenn Drummond and Vertical 40 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or participation in any experience.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
